Portrait of Beth, holistic wellness coach, smiling warmly

About me

Hi, I'm Beth.

My own road to feeling better didn't start in a clinic — it started in my kitchen, on evening walks, and in learning how much the small, everyday things add up. Over time, friends and family began asking what had changed, and I found I loved helping people find their own version of that shift.

Today I work as a holistic wellness coach and consultant. My approach is whole-person and down-to-earth: nourishing food you actually enjoy, rest you don't have to earn, movement that feels good, and honest support while new habits take root. I believe wellness should feel kind, not punishing.

To be clear: I am a wellness coach — I am not a doctor, and I'm not a licensed healthcare provider. I don't diagnose conditions, prescribe, or treat illness. What I offer is education, practical lifestyle support, and encouragement, and I happily work alongside your own healthcare providers.

— Beth

Coaching is…

  • General wellness education and lifestyle support
  • Help building everyday habits around food, rest, movement, and stress
  • Encouragement, accountability, and a plan that fits your life
  • A complement to — never a replacement for — your medical care

Coaching is not…

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition
  • Prescriptions, or a substitute for medication you're taking
  • A reason to delay or skip care from a licensed provider
  • Emergency care — in an emergency, call your local emergency number

I'm putting together a short list of everyday essentials I genuinely use and recommend to clients — things like herbal teas, simple self-care staples, and kitchen basics that make nourishing routines easier.

  • A short, honest list — nothing you don't need
  • No miracle claims — just well-made everyday goods
  • Coaching clients always hear about new items first

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this medical advice?

No. I'm a holistic wellness coach, not a doctor or licensed healthcare provider. Everything I offer — sessions, plans, workshops, and anything in the shop — is general wellness information and lifestyle support. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If you have a health concern, a diagnosed condition, or take medication, please consult your doctor or another licensed healthcare provider — and check with them before making significant changes to your diet, supplements, or routine. Coaching works best alongside good medical care, never instead of it.

What happens on the free discovery call?

It's a relaxed 30-minute video conversation. We'll talk about how you're feeling day to day, what you'd like to change, and what's gotten in the way before. I'll explain how coaching works and, if it feels like a fit, outline what working together could look like. There's no pressure and no obligation — and if your needs are medical, I'll say so and point you toward a licensed provider.

Do I need to buy products or supplements?

No. Coaching is about habits, routines, and the food and rest already within your reach. If I ever mention a product, it's a suggestion, never a requirement — and I don't prescribe supplements. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.

What if I have a medical condition?

Please keep working with your licensed healthcare provider — they're the right person for diagnosis and treatment. Coaching can still support the everyday side of life: sleep routines, gentle movement, stress care, and nourishing meals, in ways that fit alongside your provider's guidance. When in doubt, we'll check with your provider first.

Where do sessions take place?

Everything is online, by video call, so you can join from home — including the pantry audit, which we do together through your phone or laptop camera. All you need is a comfortable spot and a cup of something warm.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing is listed plainly in Services above: 1:1 coaching session (60 min) — $100; Signature 3-month program — $1,350; standalone wellness plan — $125; pantry & lifestyle audit — $135. Your discovery call is free, with no obligation.
